What is Athlete Performance Solutions (Nike Boxing) Cookin' Up?

A typical day for me is co-operating Box-Up Nation and going to the Boxing Gym between 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM every weekday at Ring of Hope South Dallas. A Boxing Gym with Olympic style boxers/amateurs who are ranked in USA Boxing.

The best part is that I come across so many people from other reputable boxing gyms in our LBC (Local Boxing Committee • #26 Southwestern) who come to get work with the fleet of talent at Ring of Hope.

Prior to running the only Premium Boxing Store in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, I was a full-time sneaker reseller. My main objective as a reseller was to obtain limited and lucrative shoes to flip for a profit. In fact, I was quite good at it due to my previous job working at Nike Dallas (2015 - 2019) who at the time was the only Brand Experience Store in Texas via Nike Retail Inc's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platform.

I worked there for 4-years and gained so much knowledge about the standards and protocols Nike implements when operating their business and especially their launch products. In the midst of all that, I also built everlasting connections with people who were and are employed by the company with equal if not more knowledge than me.

Relationships that I leveraged to be ahead of the competition when flipping limited shoes. That meant getting the right information and intel about footwear that was deeply desired by consumers who stood no chance of purchasing them on a even playing field. This would then lead to me building connections with vendors such as Finish Line/JD Sports and Footlocker retailers in DFW.

As a result, I continue to take that experience and knowledge into my new role at Box-Up Nation. I am all about networking and building organic relationships with people involved in our LBC and beyond. This eventually lead to me getting tipped about a Nike/APS Sales Rep distributing Trial Products/Footwear to Boxers.

Based on my prior experience working with Nike, this is done in order to get proper feedback about the trial product before finalizing it for mass production. This will allow APS/Nike to retail an end-product with confidence due to their Research & Development (RND) from legitimate feedback. Consumers can expect to purchase this product once its ready via Athlete Performance Solutions or vendors like ourselves Box-Up Nation.

Being true to the sport and actually getting involved in the community may lead to cool content such as this. Take a look at the prototype of what I assume to be the Nike Machomai 3! Set to Launch in Spring 2025 allegedly!

A Boxing Shoe that has been in existence since 2008. Fun fact, it was initially designed for the Chinese Olympic Boxing Team prior to the Beijing Games then transcended with Manny Pacquiao who became a global sensation in the Boxing World.

Let me know what yall think about the newest boxing shoe from Nike Boxing (Athlete Performance Solutions)?

Rolando 'Rolly' Romero, 15 (13 KOs) - 1 - 0, also has a pair that he is currently trialing in Las Vegas, Nevada USA.

Stoked on this blog, always interesting to see a sneak peek on Nikes boxing shoes. Hope if they make a hyper ko 3 they kinda fuse both the 1 and 2 together, also they should kinda start a team, and give a colorway to a team member for example a Caleb plant colorway or something, I feel people would be stoked rocking there favorite pros colorway shoes. Kind of take the Nike sb route, I feel like it would be a great move.
